The foundation for development, culture and art, FUNDECUA, is an NGO, non-profit, that understands culture, art and music in particular, as solid tools of inclusion and social support for vulnerable social groups. Access to culture is a first needs right and it defines the identity of a human being. Just as food feeds the body, arts feed the soul, they fill loneliness and give opportunities for expression, communication and in many cases work opportunities that improve the quality of life of those who have access to them.. A society seriously develops itself defending its culture and promoting and facilitating ALL its members the access to it. Arts are emotion, entertainment, they dignify people and exalt their most positive values, they allow acts of generosity of those who create or interpret for those who, as spectators manage to move, stimulate creativity and produce moments of happiness to all of those who are touched.
